Request a refund
See which refunds are automatic, how to request an eligible refund and what happens after a request.
We'd rather get it right than hold onto money for a report that didn't land. Some refunds we issue on our own; for anything else, asking takes a moment.
Refunds we issue automatically
You don't need to do anything in these cases — our system catches them and refunds within minutes, with an email to confirm:
- A defective report. If something fails while your report is being made and we can't recover it, we refund the full amount.
- A duplicate charge. If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, the second charge is reversed.
Refunds you can request
For any other reason, you can ask within 7 days of your report being delivered:
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Find the order under Your orders and choose Request refund.
- Pick a reason, add a short note, and submit.
Our team reviews requests within about a business day. Once approved, the money returns to your original payment method in roughly 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 7 days
The window matches normal practice for digital readings. Past it, the report has been delivered, so it becomes a case-by-case call — write to [email protected] with your order reference and we'll see what we can do.
Disputing through your bank
You can raise it with your bank instead, but that's the slow road — disputes can take weeks. The fastest way to your money is always the in-app request above.
