Delete some of my data

You can permanently remove selected personal data while keeping your Astroyana account, reports, and unused credits.

Delete Yana conversation history

In the Astroyana app:

1. Open Ask Yana.
2. Open History.
3. Open a conversation and choose Delete conversation, or choose Delete all to remove every conversation.
4. Confirm the deletion.

This permanently deletes the selected question and answer text from your account. It does not remove or refund purchased credits. Conversation text is also deleted automatically after 180 days.

Delete a saved person's birth details

In the Astroyana app:

1. Open More and choose Family Vault.
2. Open the person you want to remove.
3. Choose Remove this person, then confirm Yes, remove.

This permanently removes that person's saved name or nickname, relationship, and encrypted birth details. It does not delete your own account.

If a feature is not available in your version of the app, or you want us to erase another specific item, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us what you want removed; we may ask you to verify ownership before acting.

To erase the whole account instead, follow Delete my account and data.
