Ask Yana

Set up your chart, ask Yana a question and see how credits are charged for each answer.

The AI astrologer lets you ask questions in your own words and get answers grounded in your chart — not a generic horoscope. This guide gets you set up and asking.

What you need first

The AI astrologer reads your chart, so three things have to be in place:

  1. Sign in. Open Ask the astrologer; if you're not signed in we'll send you to sign in and bring you straight back.
  2. A complete profile. Your name and phone number, set on your account page.
  3. A saved birth chart. On your account page, open Birth chart and save your birth details once. The astrologer uses these to answer.

If anything's missing, the page tells you exactly what to add and links you to your account.

Step 1 — Choose your lens

At the top of the chat you can read through a Vedic or Western lens. Pick whichever fits the question — switch any time.

Step 2 — Ask your question

Type a real question — "What does my chart say about my career direction?" — and send it. Follow-up questions in the same chat remember what you asked before, so you can go deeper without repeating yourself.

What each answer costs

  • One credit, one full answer. There is no free tier of answers here — every question gets the same full, careful reading of your chart, and every question spends a credit. Your remaining balance is always shown in the chat.
  • A detailed reading uses two credits. It's a longer, deeper answer on the same question, and it's always your choice — the toggle shows the cost before you send.
  • Your kundli, your chart, the free reading and the calculators stay free and cost no credits at all.
  • Out of credits? You'll see a prompt to top up. See Buy a premium report or credits.

Good to know

The astrologer offers interpretation and guidance grounded in your chart — not predictions of specific events. Treat it as a thoughtful second opinion, not a crystal ball. Use it for as long as you like; it's there whenever you have a question.
