Re-download my PDF

The download link we email you works exactly once — that's deliberate, for your security. It isn't on a countdown; it's simply used up the moment it's opened. The reliable way to get your report again is from your account.

Re-download from your account

1. Sign in at astroyana.com with the email you used when you ordered.
2. Open your account page from the menu.
3. Find the report under Your orders and choose Download.

A fresh link is generated and the file downloads right away. That link is valid for one hour. You can re-download as often as you need — each one makes a new link, so even if you forward one to family, the copy in your account keeps working.

If the order isn't showing

• Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used at checkout. A different address won't show the order. You can change your email if you ordered under an old one.
• If you bought as a guest and were sent an order page link, that page also has a download button once the report is ready.

How long reports stay available

Premium reports stay available to re-download for 12 months from the day they're delivered; free reports expire 90 days after they're issued. After that the re-download stops working, so download the PDF and keep your own copy — that file is yours for good and it is the only copy that outlives the window.

If you can't find a report inside that window, write to [email protected] with your order reference — the eight characters shown on your order page — and we'll sort it out.
